There’s always a “hello world.”
Though in this case, it’s more like, “hi again.” I’ve blogged online in some form since high school (yay LiveJournal!) and been around the Internet ever since.
These days, with self-serving algorithms and platforms making money off of materials made and uploaded for free, it’s good to have a space that’s all my own again. LiveJournal was awesome. I still love Tumblr. But having the ownership of my work is important to me.
So hello there. It’s good to be back.
